No. KoreaPlugCheck is an independently run reference site, not affiliated with the Korean government, an airline, or a tourism board. For anything requiring an official answer, such as visas, K-ETA, or customs, always confirm with the official source linked from the relevant guide.
Can I suggest a new guide or feature?
Yes — if there's a country, topic, or question about traveling to Korea that isn't covered yet, send it over. Most of the current guides started as exactly that kind of suggestion, or a gap I ran into myself.
Do you correct inaccurate information quickly?
Data-correction reports get priority over general questions, since accuracy matters most on the voltage, visa, and entry-requirement pages. If something looks wrong, mention which page and what's incorrect, and it'll get checked.
